We all need something that we can glance at to tell the time. All right, you might wear a watch, but then again you might not. Lots of people today don’t, because they have a mobile which tells them the time, However, you have to get that out of your pocket or handbag and switch it on to tell the time, whereas illuminated wall clocks are there all the time, and all you need is a glance to tell you that you’ve got five minutes before you have to leave for the station to get your train into work.

Fair enough, you won’t need the illuminated part of the illuminated wall clocks at that time in the morning – although you might if it’s winter and you have to be in to work by 7.30 am for example.

But not only does it tell you the time, it’s a mirror as well, remember? So you can check your face and hair in it before you leave home so that you have the confidence that you look the part.

This is a unique item of contemporary design. Gone are the days of the grandfather clock, when you can now use illuminated wall clocks instead. They also don’t take up nearly as much space, and they don’t need winding up with all those heavy weights every week

Contemporary means being at the forefront of design, and if you are a millennial – or even older – that is where you need to be. When you invite friends around for a drink or a party you want them to see you for what you are – someone who is firmly ensconced in the 21st century - and these wall clocks will do the job!
